The original recordings for this film were made during a meeting in Oslo City Hall in March 2012, on the continued fate of the paperless Palestinians as a political demonstration and camp in Oslo. The video is in its form the result of a survey of "space" and "invisible" dramaturgy found in physical gestures, voices and breaks, after cutting away all verbal communication in the scene.

Participating: Former City Council Ola Elvestuen with secretary and legal assistance, Mohamed Ganam (The Palestinian Camp, Oslo), Erik Hillestad (Kirkelig Kulturverksted), Kari Helene Partapouli (former leader Antirasistisk Senter) and architect Joakim Skajaa.
